Who is Puck Your Plate?
Hi! I'm Puck—a dietetics student, chronically ill, and passionate about food that both feels good and does good.
Puck Your Plate started as a small Instagram project, a place where I combined my love of food with my own experiences with a chronic illness. What began with recipes and real talk about balance grew into something bigger: homemade, sustainable products that truly make a difference—to your health and the planet.
In my kitchen, I prepare everything with care: from chestnut jam to sweet and sour red onion, from pickled garlic to high-protein tomato sauce. Everything in glass jars, because sustainability is just as important as taste.
With Puck Your Plate, I want to show that nutrition isn't about perfection, but about listening to your body, enjoying the little things, and finding your own balance—one jar, recipe, or story at a time.
